Bonjour! My name is Virginie Gerrard and I am French. I am thrilled to be joining the TMU team. I have been teaching French, Spanish and English as a foreign language from adults to babies for the last 16 years. My experience has taken me from teaching in secondary schools to coordinating language classes across a range of primary schools in England and in Abu Dhabi. 

I am passionate about languages and I aim to create an engaging environment for children through stimulating activities. I believe that we learn best when learning though enjoyment! In my spare time I love spending time with my family and develop my children’s interests through books, the arts and travels and encouraging their natural curiosity by discovering new cultures.
