Terms of Service
Quality
ThinkersMeetUp will do its best to ensure teachers are qualified, energetic individuals who create a safe place for thinkers to flourish. We will review classes for quality while ensuring teachers are given the freedom they need to teach.

Bookings
We will do our utmost to ensure every booked class takes place. However, we strongly believe in the value of conversation between thinkers. Thus, we will not run a class with less than the minimum number of students. If we do not have a full group 24 hours before the class is set to start we will, sadly, cancel the session, refund all participants minus the £1 booking fee, and seek to run the class at a different time.

We want to ensure our thinkers are satisfied with their experience at ThinkersMeetUp, while also respecting the time and effort teachers put into creating and teaching classes. For this reason:
-
Participants are allowed to cancel their booking up to 48 hours before a class starts.
-
We will not refund those who cancel with less than 48 hours notice (remember other thinkers and teachers also need to plan their schedule).
-
We will not refund participants who miss a class without warning. Your seat could not be given to another student and it is not fair to penalise our teacher.
-
There are no refunds for single-session classes.
-
If you try a longer course and decide that it is not for you, you must inform us and the teacher within the first two classes. You will then be refunded 75% of the unattended sessions.

Privacy and Safety
-
ThinkersMeetUp will keep all student information safe and confidential. For more details on our privacy policy please click here.
-
Parents are requested to not share any class material as teachers retain copyright of all class material.
-
ThinkersMeetUp requests that parents remain within earshot of young thinkers during their class, specially during their first class. We also encourage parents to actively engage with their thinkers after class, reviewing class content. Please contact us promptly if you have any concerns.
