Games: Strategic Thinking Social Skills

Service Description

In this course, Thinkers will play board/card/dice games. Our focus will be on providing chances for Thinkers to apply their math skills, think logically, and develop strategies, while having fun with peers. These games will provide a great chance for Thinkers to interact with each other, either through cooperative discussions or when trying to outsmart each other! There will be about five games covered in this course, where each game will be briefly introduced when each class starts, and Thinkers will then have time to play the game and develop strategies. Some games may be played in consecutive classes, so that Thinkers have a chance to improve their strategies. Minimal supplies are required for each class, as most games will be played through the zoom screen sharing function and game components will be shared through Google Slides files. This class is limited to 4 thinkers to ensure a fast paced game.
