Service Description

Come join us to learn public speaking and debating skills, learn about new topics and sharpen your communication skills. How do you get people to listen to you? How do you make a point with humour? How do you motivate others to follow you? Each week we will learn about and discuss communication skills. Each week we will practice different strategies and exercises to master the spoken word. And each week we will have fun with some crazy and some serious debates. Should pineapple be on pizza? Should home education be abolished? Are cats better pets than dogs? Is war necessary to stop climate change? ** For Thinkers who have joined this club before - we will be discussing new topics and learning new skills. Led by Dr Karem Roitman, a political philosopher and experienced public speaker and debater. Please note this club will run for 50 minutes, it is key to be on time or even a couple minutes early if possible.
